I'm Charlie, your Mindful Parent Mentor and I will support you to build confidence in your own parenting approach and to create a more natural, joyful, loving and calm home environment.

As a Mum and step-Mum, I know parenting can be stressful and exhausting.  It can be hard to know what's for the best when we are offered so much conflicting advice.

I offer non-judgemental parent mentoring, tailored to your family's specific needs and parenting style. I wont tell you to do things my way.  I will listen to how you wish to parent and give you tips, techniques and suggestions that are in line with your values.


My guidance, techniques and suggestions are based on recognised child development theory and research, my training as a Montessori teacher and as a birth doula & antenatal teacher, my yoga teacher training and my many years of experience working with children and families.

I have mentored parents on a wide variety of issues, including: sleeping and feeding routines, newborn care, toilet training, behaviours, fussy eaters, understanding children's emotions, communication, new sibling, building self-esteem and resilience.

Tropical Leaves


With the increasing cost of living, I have split my previous Mindful Parent Course into four smaller packages.  The idea being that you can choose the most relevant part initially, then add on later as funds allow.

I offer two types of Mindful Parent Mentoring.  The first is focused on helping you understand your child's behaviour and how you can respond calmly and mindfully.  I have reduced this to a 4 week package, with the option to add on additional sessions.  The second is focused on supporting you to feel less stress and overwhelm by finding ways to incorporate self-care into your day-to-day parenting life.  I have split this into a 4 week mentoring package and a 4 week mindfulness and meditation package. 

My Mindful Parent mentoring is suitable for families with children of any age and designed to grow with your family.  As your children grow, you can book another package, or a single additional session focused on your new circumstances.  Mindful Parent mentoring is suitable for single parents or couples, or one parent to do alone.

Available as live online, one-to-one coaching, via Zoom or Google Meet.

Mindful Parent Mentoring

4 Session Package

Course of live online 1:1 mentoring sessions via Zoom

4 x 1-hour sessions of parenting support to reduce overwhelm, bring calm and improve your home life through understanding your child's behaviour, learning new techniques and enabling you to parent more mindfully, gently and consciously.  Sessions will be tailored to your family's needs.

Mindful Parent packages are run by Charlie, qualified Montessori Teacher, yoga teacher, birth doula, antenatal teacher, and experienced parent mentor.

This package can be combined with other Mindful Parent Packages to create a bespoke , holistic package.


Week 1: Getting to know you.  In the first week we will discuss your needs and what you would like to cover, your parenting style and ethos/beliefs around raising children.

Week 2, 3 & 4:  We will discuss the specific issues you would like specific support with.  These could be, for example, managing your child's emotions, behaviour, building independence, building better communication, sleep, food or other areas of parenting.  You will leave the sessions with an action plan and feedback in the following session.

£250 / $278.75 USD.  Includes planning and resources.

After completing this package, you can book a 1 session version of this package, either immediately afterwards, to create a longer package and go more in-depth, or at a later date to gain further support as your child grows and your family's needs change.

Additional 1 hour sessions can be booked at £65 each.

Mindful Parent Meditation Package

4 week Mindfulness and meditation package for parents. In this live online Mindful Parent package you (and your partner) will learn meditation, breathwork and mindfulness and de-stress techniques, including techniques you can use with your children.   The price includes 4 x 30 minute live online 1:1 sessions.
Our Mindful Parent packages are run by Charlie, qualified Montessori Teacher, yoga teacher, birth doula, antenatal teacher and experienced parent mentor.
These sessions can be combined with my other 
Mindful Parent packages to create a bespoke, holistic package.

Learn how to create a self-care routine that works with your schedule, around your family, to reduce stress, tension, worry and overwhelm.

Includes creating a plan with individual goals, mindfulness mediation, breathing techniques, self-care ideas and accountability.
