The Nurtured Peach Wellness Community
The Nurtured Peach runs workshops for Mum's with the aim of reducing stress and preventing burnout. It is a collaboration of Postnatal Doula Becca, from Peach Life Doula & Charlie, Parent Mentor at Nurture Well-being and Forest School Manager at HARE CIC.
What we do:
We offer monthly live online workshops based around 6 main themes (outlined below) designed to support parents to reduce stress and burnout and improve well-being.

We have a Facebook group where you can find activity ideas, details about upcoming workshops and be part of our community.

Join The Nurtured Peach Wellness Community for an extra special Women's Circle this Mother's Day. We will invite you to settle into your body and enjoy a gentle restorative yoga practice, followed by a soulful journaling and mindfulness session.
No experience necessary! We will guide you and hold space for you to focus on your needs and bring you into a restful nights sleep (sorry we can't guarantee the kids will let it last!).

Our why:
As Mums ourselves, we know first hand how burnout feels
We are amazng, we can sustain incredible stress for months, sometimes even years, while we work and run a family, with little time to nourish ourselves or 'recharge our own batteries'. But it takes a real toll on our bodies and eventually leads to burnout.

Having suffered this ourselves, come out the other side and undertaken trainings to help ourseves and others, it's important to us to share our knowledge with other Mums, to hopefully prevent burnout, to heal from burnout and to create a new way of living that prevents it happening again. That's why we created The Nurtured Peach.
