Hello, I’m Charlie, owner of Nurture Well-being. I’m a yoga teacher, birth doula, antenatal teacher and parenting coach. I teach pregnancy and postnatal yoga, family yoga and offer mindful parenting courses.
Outside of work I love being outdoors: gardening, walking, hiking with my family, travelling, camping and cycling. You can read more about me and why I started this business on my 'About' page.

My mission is to support and empower families to parent mindfully, follow their own instincts and parenting philosophy, to make informed choices and feel confident as parents.
I offer a variety of services, including Doula support, antenatal classes, baby care and parenting support. I also offer prenatal and postnatal yoga classes, children, teen and family yoga.
