Hi, I'm Charlie,

I started Nurture Well-being after training to use yoga and mindfulness techniques with families I worked with, many of whom had experienced domestic abuse.  Seeing the difference this made to families and knowing the difference yoga and mindfulness had made in my own life, made me want to share these techniques more widely.

Read more about me and Nurture Well-being on the About page.

Parenting After Domestic Abuse: Offerings

YOU CAN HAVE AN AMAZING LIFE

After a relationship which was characterised by coercive control, life can be hard. It can feel like a downward spiral and that you have no control over what happens in your own life.

It is possible to regain control and to live a life filled with passion, meaning, love, joy and fulfilment.  Our online coaching or courses will help you on that journey, promoting a healthy mind, body, and soul after domestic abuse.

PARENTING AFTER DOMESTIC ABUSE

When children have witnessed an abusive relationship, they may feel worried, frightened and overwhelmed emotionally.  This can affect their behaviour.  Our online courses and one-to-one coaching will teach you practical ways to support your child to help manage their emotions and behaviour.
