With our Deluxe Doula package, we are here to support you throughout your childbearing year. This is our most comprehensive package, and includes everything you need to feel confident through pregnancy, birth and caring for your baby. This complete virtual package is available online, enabling you to work with us from anywhere in the world.

What's included?
Prenatal Support
Throuought your pregnancy, we will meet virtually for one hour once per month to discuss your pregnancy, prepare you and your partner for the birth, create your birth plan, discuss any concerns, comfort measures, breathing exercises and choices about birth.
Group Antenatal Classes
Our full antenatal course package is included. Click here for full course information and upcoming dates. Should a course not be available, the course will be offered on a one to one basis as part of this package.

Postnatal Planning
So often we focus on pregnancy and the birth, but the postnatal period is equally important. In this session we will plan your care and support for the postnatal period, to set you up for a smooth transition into parenthood. Enabling you to focus on recovery from the birth and getting to know your baby.
Prenatal Yoga
This package includes a 12 class pass to our weekly, live online prenatal yoga classes. These yoga classes are specially modified for pregnacy. Suitable for beginners or experienced yogis, through all stages of pregnancy.

Virtual Birth Support
During labour I will attend the birth virtually, to offer reassuance, comfort, breathing techniques and any reminders you need. I will support you to advocate for the choices you have made and we have discussed during our pregnancy sessions.
Postnatal Doula Support
Our postnatal package consists of two postnatal virtual sessions. We may discuss adjusting to a new baby, emotions, rest, support with feeding, helping siblings adjust, or talking through your birth experience.
Baby Massage Course
Our 6 week live online baby massage course is included in our Deluxe Doula package. Helping you to build and stregthen your bond with your baby, improving both your and your baby's well-being.

Baby Care Course
A four week live online small group course, covering everything you need to know about caring for a new baby.
Should a course not be available, the course will be offered on a one to one basis as part of this package.
