HARE, nestled in the heart of the Forest of Dean, is dedicated to nurturing the physical and mental well-being of families through holistic experiential education and community. Our innovative approach draws inspiration from Montessori, Steiner, and Reggio Emilia, weaving together Forest School principles, yoga, mindfulness, traditional crafts, and nature engagement. Our intergenerational workshops, courses, and events, prioritise connecting with the natural environment and fostering mental health support for all. We ensure inclusivity by offering autism and SEN-friendly services, along with bursaries for families on low incomes. Our diverse weekly sessions include Forest Play, Home Educator Workshops, After-School Clubs, Yoga, and Nurture in Nature group walks. We extend our impact through family workshops, school gardening clubs, and a welly library. As we look ahead to 2024, we're developing new services designed to enrich the lives of families in our community.
