SCHOOL WELL-BEING

What is yoga and how can it help my school?

Evidence shows that yoga and mindfulness reduce stress and anxiety, and improve concentration. This translates to improved behaviour and better concentration in the classroom.

Our classes will set your school apart as offering a unique addition to the National Curriculum.  Children will experience an increase in health and wellness as they build self-confidence, increase emotional literacy, reduce stress and build resilience and concentration.

Children will return to their teacher with a sense of calm and well-being, and better able to focus on their learning.  Behaviour issues will be reduced in both the classroom and the playground, in turn, reducing stress for teaching staff and enabling them to focus on teaching.

We provide workshops, courses and weekly classes to promote emotional well-being, health and fitness in school, using yoga, meditation, mindfulness, fun and creativity.

Classes taught by Charlie: "I have 27 years experience teaching children in schools, pre-schools, as a children's yoga teacher and working in social care".

To find out more please get in touch.  We will be happy to discuss your school's needs.
