Babies and Yoga




The First 6 Weeks

Immediately after birth is a great time for relaxation and bonding as a fmaily. It is important to rest, nurture yourself and allow your body to heal after pregnancy and birth.

During this time we offer live online one to one sessions for you to join from the comfort of your own home. You can even join from bed.  Sessions include meditation, breathing exercises and relaxation.  If you would like additional support during this period, please see our Doula page for other services.  

Baby & Me Yoga

Baby & Me Yoga is a fun postnatal class for you and baby to enjoy together.  Classes incorporate yoga excercises which are safe during the postnatal period. Designed to gently build your strength and fitness back up after pregnancy and birth. Excercises include baby and classes include baby massage and singing to entertain baby.  Everyone is welcome, even if you haven't given birth.  Suitable for birthing parents from 6 weeks after birth (or when given clearance by your doctor) until baby starts crawling. When you feel ready to begin exercising and socailising, postnatal yoga is a fantastic way to gently introduce exercise back into your routine after birth, build strength and meet other new parents and babies.

Classes are live online group sessions of 45 minutes, via Zoom.

Restorative Yoga for Mums & Mums-to-be

A relaxing and restorative yoga class for busy Mums & Mums-to-be.  Start your week with a relaxing and restorative yoga class.  Take some time out for yourself.  Feel the stress and worry melt away in this live online class, from the comfort of your own home.  Restorative yoga helps to release stress and tension and improve sleep.  Suitable for pregnancy.
